Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Only Expedited Shipping comes with tracking details. These details will be provided to the customer upon request.

Windfall Elite, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Windfall Elite, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

As of now, we only ship to the United States of America 

If the customer is not satisfied with their order, they need only follow our refund policy, and will not be required to return the product(s).
