Refund Policy

Physical Products
For all physical products, we offer a 60 day refund period. 
To be issued a full refund, all the customer must do is email our customer support at support@windfallelite.com requesting a refund, and one will be promptly issued. The customer does not need to return the physical product. When a refund request is made, we will initiate the refund to the original method of payment. The customer will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on the card issuer's policies. 

Memberships
All of our memberships have trial periods. After the trial period has elapsed, the first automated payment will be taken. All memberships can be cancelled during the trial periods simply by emailing our customer support at support@windfallelite.com and asking to cancel said membership. If a membership is cancelled during the trial period, no payments will be made for said membership. If a membership is not cancelled during the trial period, no refunds will be issued for the payments made to said membership, except in extremums circumstances to be determined by Windfall Elite, LLC (examples may include if the customer has accidently signed up for multiple memberships or if an error was made on Windfall Elite, LLC's end regarding a cancellation request).


Cancellation Policy
To cancel a membership at anytime simply email our customer support at support@windfallelite.com and request a cancelation to said membership. At this point, the membership will be promptly cancelled, and the customer will receive no future charges for said membership.
